First Match in Cold War [APC]

Join the correct Grip Studios experience, take a rifle kit, and spend the first lives on one covered route to the active objective.

Cold War [APC] is an 80-player match. Chasing every gunshot will teach the respawn screen more than the map. A useful first session has one job: reach the highlighted objective with a rifle kit, stay alive long enough to see why you died, and change one decision on the next life.

Confirm the experience

Search results for "Cold War" include other Roblox games and commercial shooters. Before you spawn, confirm Grip Studios and Place ID 13687899540. The bracket in the title changes with featured updates. Public listings have shown Cold War [APC], Cold War [NEW GAMEMODES], and Cold War [VIETNAM] for this same place. Match the place ID, not the tag.

The official description calls the setting an alternate history where the Cold War goes hot. It also says the scenarios are fictional. Voice chat and camera were listed as unsupported on the public page checked in October 2026. Maturity labels on that page were moderate realistic blood and repeated moderate violence.

Controls differ by device and build. Open the Roblox controls overlay and the in-game prompts before copying a keyboard layout from a video.

Pick a kit you can read

The documented role families are Rifleman, Recon, Machine Gunner, Radio Operator, Marksman, Anti-Tank, and Crewman. For the first several lives, take a straightforward Rifleman variant that is already available. The Soviet Rifleman is documented as the free PACT starter, with an AK-74 and an ammo crate and without a sidearm. NATO's baseline rifleman is described the same way: general infantry and the usual ammo-crate carrier. National variants are not identical guns.

Leave Crewman until a vehicle seat and a crew plan exist. Leave Anti-Tank until a vehicle is actually blocking the route. A specialist with nothing to do is a worse learner than a rifle on the point.

Most regular class cards are fixed or mostly fixed packages. Read the primary, sidearm, grenade or smoke, and utility before you spawn. Do not assume every slot is a free custom build.

One route, then the point

  1. From cover, open the minimap and find the nearest friendly group moving toward the active objective.
  2. Leave spawn along hard cover, not the widest road.
  3. Stop at the last protected spot before the fight. Scan windows, ridges, corners, and vehicle lanes.
  4. Cross with teammates. If the group stacks in one doorway, watch the unwatched side instead of joining the line.
  5. After contact, keep one fallback. Destructible cover can stop being cover during a long fight.

Your score is not the goal of life one. Reaching the relevant fight and helping the team hold useful ground is.

Read the mode before you travel

Public event reporting names five modes: Advance & Secure, Random Advance and Secure, King of the Hill, Conquest, and Frontlines. Exact tickets, capture order, and overtime are live UI facts, not something to import from another shooter.

If one sector is highlighted, walking to a different marker can be wasted movement. If several points are active, reinforce a point your squad can actually hold. A distant flank that removes you from the fight is not map knowledge yet.

After you die, change one thing

Name the failure: open travel, an unseen flank, the wrong range, a vehicle, a grenade, or bad timing on the point. Change the route, the spacing, or the role. Swapping class, weapon, route, and objective together hides the cause.

Vehicles and spending can wait

Board a transport only when it is driving toward the objective you already chose. Dismount near cover, short of the densest fire. Do not buy a vehicle or a Robux pass on the first match. Cash, CRP, research nodes, and Robux are different spends. The spawn card is the price that matters.

Exploiting is called out in the official description as a permanent-ban offense, with appeals handled in the communications server. Do not install executors or "code generators" to progress.

What to open next

Use the class pages when you are ready to switch jobs, the mode guide when the objective label changes, and the map guide once you can name the battlefield.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Cold War [APC]?

Cold War [APC] is the Grip Studios Roblox shooter at Place ID 13687899540 (Universe ID 4750561026). It is an 80-player simcade battle in a fictional alternate history where the Cold War turns hot, with destructible cover, faction loadouts, and vehicles. It is not a Call of Duty title.

Are there working codes?

No working code string was found in the official description through 4 October 2026. Code writeups dated 1 October 2026 say this experience has no redemption menu yet. Treat a later giveaway as real only when Grip Studios prints the exact string and the current client shows a place to enter it.

Which class should a new player use?

Start with an available Rifleman kit. It is the flexible infantry job for learning routes and standing on the objective. Move to Machine Gunner, Marksman, Recon, Anti-Tank, Radio Operator, or Crewman when that specific job is actually needed.

How do I spawn a tank or APC?

Vehicles are bought from the deployment menu with the currency that menu shows, and tanks are documented as Crewman purchases. The September 2026 APC update publicly added the NATO M113A3 and the PACT MT-LB. Open the live vehicle card for the current price, research gate, and seat list before you spend.

Does this wiki provide scripts or auto-farm tools?

No. The official description says exploiting can permanently ban an account and that exploiter association is bannable. Appeals are directed to the communications server. This site only explains normal play.
